Professional Salon Products:
We prescribe and recommend the use of professional products from our salon to maintain the integrity of all of our services.
Forms of Payment:
Our salon accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. A $20.00 fee is added to all accounts for any returned personal checks.
Timeliness:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment, so you and other guests can fully enjoy the experience.
Reserving your next appointment:
Due to the high demand of our technicians' time and skills, we suggest you reserve time for your next appointment before leaving the salon from your prior service.
Cancellations:
We greatly appreciate your giving us a 24-hour notice.
Valuables:
So you will be able to relax and enjoy your services, please leave any valuables at home. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Cellular Phones and Pagers:
In consideration of other guests, please change mode of cellular phones and pagers from ring to vibrate.
Children:
Our salon is not a suitable environment for unsupervised children. If children are with you or are receiving services, we ask that they be properly supervised at all times, in respect of guests and staff of the salon.
Chemical Hair Services:
We suggest each client change into a provided smock to prevent any possible damages chemicals may cause to your own clothing. We are not responsible for any damage to personal items that are not removed before a chemical service.
Reimbursement for Services:
It is our salon policy to satisfy you to your highest demand. If warranted, we will repeat a service at no charge within two weeks of the original service.
Reimbursement for Products:
All professional products sold in our salon are guaranteed by their manufacturers. If you are unhappy with a product's performance or have an adverse reaction, please return it for a full salon credit or even product exchange.
